purchase you’ve made, just return your items within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

TO MAKE A RETURN
Simply peel the sticker off from the packing slip and place it on any box or shipping envelope of
choice.

Ship the package, with the packing slip, to the following address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post)
and retain your receipt. Baby New Yorker is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items.
